Companies with an active rental agreement unlock volume discounts, invoice billing, and additional perks. Tiers are awarded based on annual rental spend and reviewed quarterly.

Stacking Discounts

Invoice payment terms
Company accounts with an active agreement are invoiced on net 10 days from pickup. Invoices are sent by email and accessible in the Company Portal. Specific terms may vary if you have a custom agreement.

How is the rental price calculated?
The daily rate is multiplied by a pricing factor that decreases with longer rental periods. For example, a 7-day rental costs only 3× the daily rate — not 7×. This makes longer projects significantly more cost-effective.
What is a transport day?
A transport day is charged when we deliver or collect equipment. Each leg (delivery or collection) is one transport day, billed at 20% of the equipment's daily rate. Company accounts on higher tiers may receive free transport days per order — see the tier cards below.
Can I stack a discount code on top of my tier discount?
Yes. Tier discounts are applied first, then campaign codes are applied on top of the already-discounted price. Both savings are shown transparently at checkout.
How do I qualify for a company agreement?
Submit an application via the Partner Program page. Our team reviews applications within 2 business days. There is no minimum spend to start an entry-level agreement — higher tiers are unlocked as your annual rental volume grows.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
All prices shown in the catalogue are ex-VAT. Norwegian VAT (25%) is added at checkout and shown as a separate line item so you always know the full cost.
What happens if I need equipment for longer than planned?
Contact us before the return date and we will issue an amendment. If the equipment is available, we will extend the rental at the same pricing factor tier. Amendments are handled through the portal and require re-signing the contract.
